Refund & Exchange Policy

Changes are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund is not possible for products that have been opened.

.Changes are not accepted for products with a discount rate of 50% or more.

Our company assumes full responsibility, as well as replacement costs for products that have a defect.
Our team is always available (during Showroom opening hours) to help you choose the right number for you.
However, if after consultation (written or telephone) we guide you to the wrong number, we assume the responsibility as well as the change costs.
If the choice for the number was made by you, at your discretion, then you are responsible for the change.
Changes related to another color or code are also made at your own expense.
The current change prices are € 4 for all of Greece & € 9 for Cyprus shipping costs.
Each customer is entitled to up to 2 changes.

The easiest way to change a product, is in our store Spyrou Rodi 36 Aegina-Attiki ZIP 18010, where you can try and decide with which product the change will be made.

You inform us by phone or in writing (e-mail, instagram, fb) about the products you want to change, as well as with which you want to replace them. Once we receive your parcel we will confirm that the product is in the same condition as we sent it to you. Then, we will send you again at your door, by courier, the package with the products you have chosen.

Products will only be accepted for return if:

They have been purchased from the Online Store and have not been opened.
Accompanied by a fully completed Return Form.
The product is sealed both in marketable condition and in its original packaging.
The product has not been purchased in moderation (eg fabric, etc.) and does not fall under the exceptions of a.15 of the Consumer Rights Law of 2013 (133 (I) / 2013).
In this case, you will be charged the cost of returning the products.
