Once your order has been completed, you will be sent a confirmation email. We take care of the departure of this same or the next working day !!

In cases of heavy workload or unavailability of the selected products there may be a delay and for which you will be informed by us in time.

Payment for your order can be made in the following ways:

1) DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT

The reasoning must state the Order Number and your Name. Your order will be on hold and will be processed when we confirm that the amount has been deposited. In case of no deposit within 1 day (24 hours) your order will be canceled automatically.

• Banking costs as well as commissions are borne exclusively and entirely by the customer.

(To facilitate the process, you can send us a copy of the deposit in which you must have stated the order number and your name, to the email address tpink.aegina@gmail.com or send us an e-mail with the date of deposit, the deposit bank, the deposit number, the order number, your name and a contact phone at the above email address)

2) DEBIT-CREDIT CARD

The cards we accept are the following:

In the relevant form you fill in the exact name of the holder, the number and the expiration date of your credit card as well as the three-digit CVV number on the back. In this process, your transactions are completely secure through the Paypal application and your transfer to a secure encrypted connection environment.
